The “Understanding Cuba Through Film” community events have been amazingly successful. At the first event we had a full house for the delicious dinner and screening. We served 80 dinners and seated 94. At the second event we served 90 dinners and seated 108 people!
After the screening, many in the audience remained for a Q&A with Idalmis Garcia, who starred in the film.
Lissa Weinmann has curated the film series and will be moderating the discussions.
